Hello Make sure you have intenert connection to your unit. Go to the device manager and right click on the SMCF010 device needing drivers. Click on the driver tab. Click on update driver. Select the automatic update method and Windows Update should find the infrared driver, download, and install it. You also have a graphics driver issue. Do this to install the graphics.
Download and run the following driver. You will most likely get an unsupported operating system error. Close out of any error windows. Go to the device manager.
Click to expand the Display Adapters category. Click on the Standard VGA Adapter. Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver. Select the Browse my computer for driver software, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file. That file will be located in C: SWSetup sp34749.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and the driver should install that way. After you reboot, you should have decent graphics but no Aero as the Intel graphics adapter in that model is not fully windows 7 capable.
Description: The computer reboots automatically with out completing POST. After each restart, the power LED is white and the computer emits two long and two short beeps and then restarts. This continues indefinitely. The issue occurs after a change to the secure boot configuration. After such a change, the computer prompts the user to enter an authorization code to confirm the configuration change. But, if the computer has an add-in graphics card, the screen remains blank (because the add-in card is not in the secure boot database)the user cannot see the prompt and, therefore, cannot enter the authorization code so the computer reboots and prompts for the authorization code again.

You're very welcome. So do you need the wireless driver? If so, you have to manually install the Vista wireless driver from your notebook's support page, as there probably no W7 drivers for it. Do you know what model wifi card your notebook has?
If the driver isn't installed, there should be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller. That is the wireless card in need of a driver. Please post the hardware ID for the Network Controller, and I will see if I can find a W7 driver for it. Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID. If it is the Intel 2200 B/G, then you will have to manually install the Vista driver, and you should be good to go. PaulTikkanen wrote: You're very welcome.
